Registration Deposit
I hereby enclose a payment of £350 (or confirm my remittance by other methods) as a non-refundable registration deposit, to request Lord’s Independent School to reserve a place for my child in the year specified above.
School Fees
School fees are currently from £1,900 per term and are subject to a yearly increase.
Notice of Withdrawal
If for any reason, and at any time, I wish to withdraw my child from the School, I will provide written notice of ONE (1) full term prior to my child leaving. If I fail to give this written notice at the correct time, I agree to pay one full term’s fees in lieu of notice.
Payment Terms
Lord’s School requires payment by term. Payments must be made on time, in full, and without any deduction, set-off or counterclaim. In the event that an account is outstanding, the School reserves the right to refer the matter to its debt collection agents. Any costs incurred to collect the debt will be added to the outstanding amount, plus VAT at the prevailing rate.
I agree that I will be legally liable to pay any such surcharge and that payment of the same can be enforced against me in court. I also agree to pay interest at the relevant reference rate provided for under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, which interest is payable both after and before any judgement of the court.
Data Protection
I understand that the School may obtain, process and hold personal information about my child in accordance with UK GDPR regulations, for the purposes of assessment and, if a place is offered, to safeguard and promote the welfare of my child.
