The Senior Leadership Team at Lord’s Independent School is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of the school. Guided by our ethos, “Where Children Matter”, the team works collaboratively to maintain the highest standards of education, pastoral care and school management, while shaping the continued development and future of the school.

Mrs Anne Ainsworth leads Lord’s Independent School with a strong commitment to creating a safe, supportive and academically ambitious environment in which every child can thrive. Her leadership reflects the school’s ethos, “Where Children Matter”, ensuring that each pupil receives the individual care and encouragement they need to reach their potential.
Mr Zaid Ghanchi
Headteacher
Mr Zaid Ghanchi is Headteacher of Lord’s Independent School, responsible for the day-to-day leadership of teaching, learning and pupil welfare. Working closely with the Principal, he leads the staff team in providing high-quality teaching, strong pastoral care and a safe, well-ordered environment, so that every pupil is supported to make excellent progress and move on confidently to their next steps.
